We purchased our 3-piece living room set in July 2005 along with an 5-year extended warranty. In May 2009 we called to report the side cushions of the couch were, for lack of a better term “collapsing””. If you sat on either end
you sank practically to the floor. The repair person came out
and just added more padding to the entire seat. The couch actually had a visible rise in the center
