I had arranged for a piano to be picked up and delivered about half an hour out of town as well as a dining room suite which RB Movers had in storage. This was for my daughter. I told Wayne that I needed to know what time so that people could be home.He agreed to call me thew day before the pickup. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I called the office # at 10:00PM to leave a voice mail that as I had not heard from him I had planned to run an errand next morning and that we would talk. at ten in the morning. When I arrived home at 9:30 his moving van was there. I said that nothing had been arranged yet and we would need to rebook. Then I was advised that I would have to pay for 3 people for 4 hours because they had messed up. The owner screamed at me, said he couldn’t talk, claimed everything was my fault and then agreed to pay for the actual time required for the delivery. He had my Visa # and I did not trust him because I had the feeling he would put through whatever amount he felt like.
