Complaint: I established an account, my friend was moved to WASCO in CA, a temporary facility so he had no phone priveleges. I called to check account and they had zero’ed it because it was over 90 days. I read NOWHERE in the terms that they’d do this nor was I ever informed that this would happen. I asked them to credit my account so my friend could call me. They said no. Jerks!
