Nasty Dress Sacramento California Review


My daughter and I ordered 3 dresses from this website, paid extra to get them quickly considering they were for my daughter’s graduation and party. We wated anxiously for the arrival only to be disappointed by what we received. Her dress was the wrong color, length and the quality was horrible. My two dresses were poor quality, one was see through and the other buckled in the back. They look like a 3-year-old made them. To return items, you have to get the approval from customer service, and this has to be done within 7 days. So I called the number that’s on the website, (which I included on here) and the recording stated that no one was available, to leave a message, then it stated that the voice mail was full and you had to send in a ticket. When I went back to the website to send a ticket, there was a note in red by the telephone number stating, the phones were closed and to put in a ticket. First thing Tuesday morning 6/9/15, I sent 2 tickets, 1 for my daughter and 1 for me. It took until 6/10/15 for the response. The responses for both were for us to send pics and sku #’s so they could confirm and solve the issue. I sent pics for my daughter’s dress, but didn’t have any for my dresses because I was at work and didn’t take any when I tried the defective products on. I did send sku #’s for all dresses ordered. Today 6/11/15, I received a response for my daughter’s dress, and it stated, “For your issue

we would like to refund you 85% of the item if you return back and you need to pay the return cost. Please check the policy before return it. If you can keep it

we would like to refund you 10% of the item. Hope you can accept it.”” My response

also received 6/11/15
