In April 2016, I sent a used MacBook Pro to Guzu under the auspices that they would pay me $235 within 1-3 business days of receipt. They did not. I contacted them via [email& 160;protected] approximately 2 weeks after they sent an email letting me know they received my device looking for a status update. On May 9, 2016, they said, “Hello, We are sorry for the delay you are experiencing with your payment. Your payment will be sent shortly. Thank you for your patience Amanda Customer Service” I waited another month with no response. I submitted two more status inquiries that were both ignored.
